Launched in March 2025, AU_PASSAGE (French for “by the way”), is a new and unconventional exhibition space:, anything but a white cube, it consists of several adjoining large scale display vitrines owned by the adjacent art supplies shop, LAVRUT (est. 1922) located in the Passage Sainte-Anne, Paris, 2nd arrondissement. Inspired by the oeuvre of Walter Benjamin, creatively engaging with some of his theoretical claims, AU_PASSAGE is essentially aimed towards collaborative initiatives, thematic shows with both local and international artists.
